I work for Marriott and love it. Chris and I recently bought a house and will move in sometime in late October, early November. I've started this 101 in 1001, and blogging about it is part of my 101. So here goes...

HEALTH
1. Exercise once per day for one month.
2. Give up soda for at least one month.
3. Do some form of exercise (other than sit-ups and push-ups 4 times per week)
4. Cut out fast food for at least one month.
5. Lose 15 lbs and keep it off. Weigh-in every 2 weeks.(0/15)
6. Go to the Dentist every 6 months. Appt 1: 7/29/09 (0/6)
7. Don't eat fast food when we can eat something from home.
8. Limit Chinese Food to once per month. (0/32)
9. Only drink water for at least one month (unsweetened iced tea OK).
10. Do 50 push-ups every day. (0/1001)
11. Do 50 sit-ups every day. (01/1001)
