22 years is a LONG TIME!

Well, today is my 22nd birthday, and for some reason I'm not as excited on this day as I usually I am. Maybe it's because I've already done most of my celebrating...don't get me wrong though, I'm happy it's my birthday!

Anyway, I was really looking forward to this past weekend, and it definitely lived up to my expectations. I had a wonderful time celebrating my birthday with some of my closest friends in downtown Annapolis. I had a blast! I'll post some pictures later, once I get them onto my computer. On Sunday, Chris and I went over to Jenn and Brian's to spend some time with them and Colleen and Ethan. We spent the afternoon just lounging around and watching "The Ethan Show". He's one month old today, and it's amazing how much he's changed in just one month. For such a little guy, he's very captivating. I can't wait to see what he'll be able to do and what he'll look like at two months! Jenn and Brian are great parents and Ethan has a lot of love surrounding him. Tonight, Chris and I are going to my Aunt & Uncle's for my birthday dinner with my family, which I'm looking forward to.

Every year around this time I get asked "what do you want for your birthday?" and as I get older, I realize that I want less material things, and more time with family and friends. I love being surrounded by the people that mean the most to me. I think that's what makes me and keeps me truly happy in life. I'm not sure if anyone reads this yet, as I really haven't told anyone about it. However, I just wanted to thank everyone for being a part of my life. I am so grateful for all of the love, laughs, and support you've all given, whether it be over the past year, five years, ten years, or the past 22 years of my life! I love you all! :)
